John Ward joins the Alexandria Archive Institute after seven years as a programmer and system administrator on the campus of UC Berkeley. Before coming to UC Berkeley, John spent a year at CNET Networks, a San Francisco-based company that publishes technology-related content online. Prior to his career in information technology, John taught guitar and classroom music for several years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Connecticut College and a Master of Information Management and Systems from the University of California, Berkeley.
