This page provides a list of online resources related to zooarchaeology, including virtual collections, laboratories, and publishing venues. The first three links below are generously provided and maintained by Hans Christian Küchelmann on his website Knochenarbeit.
This directory began as an European based tool to aid archaeozoological research. At the ICAZ International Committee (IC) meeting on October 16, 2020, the committee agreed that the resources at Knochenarbeit should be expanded to a global directory that the ICAZ website will link to. Thus, additional resources are welcome – with no geographic restrictions. If you wish to add a missing resource or if you notice a broken link, an incorrect reference, etc., please send a note to info@knochenarbeit.de
